Kate has always had a dream of writing a book that would help others elevate their practice to impact the trajectory of all students all while honoring individual style and strengths. Together, with co-authors Kourtney Ferrua and Rachael George, they have published Principaled: Navigating the Leadership Learning Curve. Oftentimes, school leaders feel that they have to choose between rigorous achievement or a nurturing culture filled with love and fun. We feel that schools should and can have both! Our book is about sharing transparent stories about our experiences being leaders and practical strategies that will elevate both high achievement and positive culture.
